The nurse's (Gloria) fear?
Okay. So we know what everyone else's fear was:
Laura - The Boogeyman
Henry - The Boogeyman
Nicky - Gaining Weight
Darren - Agoraphobia/Opening up to people
Alison - Losing control of her life.
Dr. Ryan - Being Schizophrenic like her mother
Dr. Allen - Having people find out about Tim Jensen/Boogeyman
Paul - Germophobe
Mark - Fear of the dark
But what was the nurse's fear? And how was she killed? I know she's in the room when Dr. Ryan is found but it's not made too clear how/why (her fear) the nurse died?
Blanche: "I don't really mind Clayton being homosexual. I just don't like him dating men."
Dorothy: "You really haven't grasped the concept of this gay thing yet, have you?"
Blanche: "There must be homosexuals who date women?"
