I had high expectations for the first one seeing as the ads I saw for it made it look good. Needless to say when i saw the actual Movie i was very disapointed. So when I heard there was a boogeyman 2 i didn'rt expect it to be any good. But i just finished watching it and boy was i surprised! This was actually quite good. As a movie on its own its pretty good, well written and with interesting death scenes, compared to the first its a masterpiece! Anyone have any thoughts? anything to add?

I agree that this one was better the first and probably the best Boogeyman out of the series...just don't watch the 3rd installment BIG disappointment...

This one was more "scary" and I liked the direction it went.

I agree, this one is good, I saw the 3rd but I forgot what happened, I rented it and I fell alseep in the middle. All I remember is that it takes place in college, and the cover, that's all I remember.

I am human and I need to be loved, just like everybody else does.

I thought the first was total garbage, but there were some great death scenes in this movie that totally have me sold on it. A great pick up for like 5-10 bucks.

I just watched it for the first time and I liked it much better than either of the other 2 movies. The goth girl was hot so that added a little extra to the film.

First one didnt make very much sense. This one was atleast set in reality. The kids saw an actual event and they associated the boogeyman with it. The only good thing about the first one was that "seeing" the boogeyman we realized that he looked like items that were in Tim's childhood room.

Sure. Those death scenes really did seem like they were set in reality in this one.

I hated the first one. This one was good, and I agree with the death scenes. Very creative!

Completely agree. The first one was brutal, while the second one was great.
