Michael Graziadei!!!

I admit that the only reason I bought this movie on DVD was because I knew that Michael Graziadei was in it. It turned out to be a pretty decent horror flick.

That being said, Michael gets naked in the film, and the sex scene in the shower room (minus the cutaways to the maggots burrowing under that girl's skin) is so hot. Michael's naked body = male perfection. I think everyone can agree on that...
