Mana's lullaby warning: spoiler!

In the Ark arc, Allen recognizes the song he's playing on the piano as a lullaby Mana once sang to him. It's a very beautiful piece and I wish to ask you guys which soundtrack album it appears on.

It's called "In the hand which is connected by a kiss"
or something else in japanese i forgot :S

Thank you. When I read it in the manga, I always wondered how it would turn out; the anime studio did a wonderful job with bringing the words to life.
