My house mate and I are having an argument about whether Cindy used a body double for her nude scenes? It's safe to assume she did but does anyone know for sure? If you watch the scene there's a few subtle and not so subtle editing tricks.

I certainly hope the argument is still going on, and by now escalated to full on 'bite club'.
But before the conflict goes global, let me save you the trouble, and point out that the end credits list: "Body Double.....Michelle Scuderi". Also, editing tricks aside, it was obvious (at least to me) that Michelle was slightly bustier than Cindy.
