Genius!

The Aussies have it all over the US when it comes to comedy. The wit and humor of this show is genius. IFC ran several episodes back to back today, and it's a good thing I didn't have to go to work, because I would have callen in sick in order to continue watching.

This is top notch writing, and the actors pull it off spot on. If its available in DVD sets, I'm buying them up for family gifts for holidays. The writers absolutely know dogs, and quite well.

My next dog - is going to be named Wilfred.

I saw the show for the first time on Sunday, too! The first episode just happened to be starting as I turned on the TV so I could watch something while I ate breakfast. I ended up glued to the set until the marathon ended at around lunchtime! Good thing it was a Sunday.

So glad you guys liked it. The second series had our family talking about it watercooler style every week. It definitely goes up another level, it makes you ache.I'm sure you will get to see the second series, must have been surreal to see it as a marathon. If you see the second series like that, I recommend some kind of calming aid to go with it.

Yeah i put this right up there with the best shows. which includes Chris Lilley's shows, 'Angry Boys' etc.
Damn we Aussies have some talented funny as people.

Also love the OP (Wdflwr) saying he is naming his dog Wilfred hahah
I would love to, could never keep a straight face though.
