Australian Series End?

I've never watched the Australian series, but I am a big fan of the American version. I was curious, for anyone who watched the entire Australian series, how did the show end, and does it ever explain what Wilfred is?

No. It doesn't. The show is completely different

Adam and Sarah get married, and then Adam is arrested for being involved in a dog fighting ring that Wilfred competed in. Sarah then hooks up with some guy at the wedding, and Wilfred has a conversation with him.

I don't like the way blood money spends.
