i have the and all that could have been DVD and i was just wondering if this was better than it and well worth 12.99 or is it good but not as good as and all that could have been thx
shareBYIT has only one DVD but there's alot on that DVD. I personally think he puts on a better show in this one. you also get the "only" music vid which is cool in it's own right.

You do realize that Rob Sheridan shot it in 1080p High Definition? The colors are perfect, the source is pristine, and the video is sharp. Filming concerts is difficult - there is no second take. I, for one, loved it. I was "there."
Besides, you can't really experience it on DVD like you can on Blu-ray or HD DVD.
IMO, And All The Could Have Been is so much better than BYIT.
Just like the older albums are much more intense than the newer ones, the older performances were much more intense than the ones we see nowadays.
I recall one shot where Finck ran at the keyboard player and collided with him, making them both collapse, and not even gracefully. They fell while struggling not too. What do we get now? We get a guy doing a dyspraxic waltz with his guitar.
And All That Could Have Been SOUNDS so much more alive aswell. The drums aren't weak, the guitar tone is a lot thicker, Trent sounds much more on form, you can hear the samples and keyboard playing, the bass is actually audible, OH and the drums! Heavenly.
Personally, I find And All That Could Have Been a much more entertaining piece, as much as I do enjoy BYIT.
