US Distribution?

I'm hoping someone connected to the film can clarify something for me: is Open Road the US distributor for The Key Man, starring Hugo Weaving, Brian Cox and Jack Davenport? Variety posted an article earlier this week which suggested this was the case, and listing the actors' names. But I've noticed there's another film with ther same title (different cast/story, not yet filmed) which Open Road is also distributing. Since details of this second Key Man began spreading on the internet, Variety removed the actors' names from the article, which suggested a mistake had been made. Yet IMDb lists Open Road as the distributor... of both films. ;)

So what's really going on here? I'd love to hear that THIS version of The Key Man has a US distributor and will be theatrically released, or at least released on DVD sometime soon. (The latter seemed more likely after the film's five-year wait for an opening, and mixed response to its SXSW screening.) It seems highly coincidental that a relatively new distributor with a small slate of films would have two with identical names, but I suppose it's possible. Any info on THIS film's distribution would be highly appreciated.
