the set smelled like feces

I helped cater this movie for a day and was shocked at the the general state of the production site. It was full of flies and there was a lingering smell of human waste. When I asked a production assistant about it, she simply nodded and went away. It was hard not to gag. I had to cover my mouth with a napkin when I was cleaning up the lunch table. I hope the cast and crew had a pleasant experience making this film because I surely did not.

"action!", director

The caterer was worse than a third world country lunchroom, but thank god for the overly energetic Craftie guy, who managed to pick up the slack and practically feed the entire crew after poorly cooked rubber chicken and fake beef from the so called cook practically sickened the entire set. Meanwhile at craft services the guy was serving a "snack" menu that looked more like the work of Wolfgang Puck.

So basically the caterer said it smells like sh*t. Then someone tells that the catering was cr*p.
Would it be the case that he caterer was ultimately responsible for the smell, because of the bad food?

So far this is as intriguing as the movie's plot

can you tell which scenarios were smelling like feces? Would it be the company office one, or the house? I got curious to connect the image and the smell while watching it.
