DVD?

Yesterday I watched 'The Woodsman' which deals with exactly the same issue and is an almost identical story (other than the ending and fact that 'Woodsman' is set in America). I felt that 'Secret Life' was actually a more engaging programme and possibly even more realistic. I am studying social issues at present and would like to re-watch this, but it seems Amazon doesn't have it. I'm guessing it may not have even been released on dvd. Anyone know for sure?

hey. its definatley not had a release onto dvd.. and channel four say there are no plans to release it (which is always the case with the better things it airs)

Oh bummer! Maybe one day in the future it will be (wishful thinking probably!)

Sadly it hasn't had a DVD release and I don't think it ever got a repeat (unless it was on More4 and I missed it) but it was a great drama and deserves a repeat, despite the difficult subject matter - although it was precisely that which allowed Matthew Macfadyen to shine.
