Should be titled How To Get Ahead In Ballet

Did it feel to anyone else that this film was showing how/why some girls move up the ranks of the Corps de Ballet?

I for one didn't see anything extraordinary in Alina, and I kept thinking the whole time "I wonder how much her family 'donated' to the Ballet in order for her to get this special attention"...

And the red haired woman who was only a year above Alina (forget her name, sorry), she was obviously very smart to have participated in the world championship, gets the gold medal. Almost as if to make the ballet promote her, since she is now getting all this attention.

Diana and the woman with the child were the best IMO!
