Todd and her appartment

Samantha should kick him and he's girlfriend out of her apartment.

What is he even doing in her apartment?

It really doesn't matter that she is trying to become a better person. It's her apartment and if he is not living there with her, he's got nothing more to do in it. Unless he is paying rent, is he?

Who died and made you boss?

It is already explained she can't live there on her own, because the fear of being alone gets to her.
It's obvious that she wants her life back, but she isn't the same person anymore, thus she gave Todd time to get his own house and eventually decided to let him stay there.

Get iet?

What ever! it was a stupid writing indeed, it just ruin the whole chemistry between Todd and Sam. I like the crazy girl friend scene, but she living there and Sam get the blame was beyond ridiculous and stupid!

Oh I know I agree, I just started watching the show and am almost done with the first season, but I can't believe what a jerk Todd can be. First, he takes advantage of her loss of memory and doesn't tell her it is her apartment, and so he acts like it is his and when she shows up saying sorry to interrupt in your apartment, etc. he just acts like she is a burden, like when he answered with that Chloe girl there. Then when she finds out and is still nice enough to let him live there, he has that stupid Chloe girl move in, and they act like complete insensitive jerks to her when she has to stay there. From here on it will be hard to cheer on their relationship because he keeps acting like he is so good and she is the only bad one that needed to change. Just because she was the one that was more outright about being a bad person and deceitful doesn't mean that he is not at many times.

In that episode when Chloe moved in and she got locked out and they wouldn't let her back in, I was like wow she really is a good person because although I probably would have actually kicked him out long ago, if I had been like her and let them stay until that point, that point would have done it for me, and I would be like okay I seriously don't care if you two are homeless, you need to get out of MY apartment that I bought with MY money.
