the long run

We watched the original run, and started watching the old shows over the holidays, when nothing else was on. I can't believe how funny this show is. A HOOT! Much funnier that 'up all night' (*to us. It's best to qualify any statement on IMDB, as many find anything else an affront to their belief system!).
Everyone in the show does a great job.
But did it stay this funny? I don't remember. I believe I liked the show to the end, but maybe the writing lost steam. Maybe the amnesia thing can only play so long.
But I'm laughing at these first shows while they last! Wish they showed them in order. they did 1,2,3, 12, 4, 13... This is a show that works best with continuity.
