What type of person enjoys this show?

I imagine the target audience is nerds but I can't see how anyone expect a very specific type of pop-culture addicted autistic nerd would enjoy it.

Millions of people; it was the number one show for years.

A lot of people around the world.

Depends on the season. It started out fairly funny and sorta of unique, but a few season sin it became a regular sitcom.
