Doesn't this show...

Seem like something out of the late 90's or early 2000's? it reminds me in terms of concept, jokes and pacing of a show like third rock from the sun or the drew carey show. I know it debuted in 2007 but the show feels very dated and like something not in line with our modern era. I am actually surprised it's doing so well given this.

Does anyone else get what I mean?
