OT- The Great Indoors
Did anyone hang in there for it and what do you think of it? I think it has some potential. I expect the bartender to turn into a decent character at least.

shareI liked it. The jokes about Millennials and the late 90's references were funny, and the cast was engaging. I agree that the bartender has promise. I like Joel McHale, and of course it's always good to see Stephen Fry. I'll give it a chance and keep watching.

Recorded it... I'll probably watch it later tonight. Loved Joel McHale last sitcom, Community, so I kinda feel obligated to at least watch the pilot.
shareI watched it. I got bored half way through. It looks like something that will get old fast, but I'm still going to be giving it a chance.
shareIf I had to sum it up in a word, it would be "stale". Not bad, but everything from the characterizations to the situations could be seen coming from a mile away. However, the first episode of any series is often 'stiff'. Maybe it'll find its groove (if given time).
shareSeemed very wooden and forced. Most of my laughs were of the "so bad" groan type. But I do like some of the people in it, so I'll probably watch the 2nd ep at some point. But no rush unless people say it's finding its footing.

I big FART
It reminded me of Last Man Standing.
Is Joel McHale this generations Tim Allen?
I periodically misspell words just to annoy the word police.
Wasn't impressed. Didn't laugh once. Really think most of these jokes were old in the 90s.
shareSame thing like many shows on TV. The concept is original, but the writing isn't.
