Boring as a stamp collection

This was the most unexciting horror movie that I've ever seen. For one and a half hours you watch a guy walk through empty rooms: Oh, I heard something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I saw something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I heard something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I saw something... but there is nothing there. This happens with the regularity of the sound of railtracks while riding on a train, which usually puts one to sleep. But wait, there is a bit of variety in here after all. Once in a while you see his neighbour, his employer and his girlfriend walk through empty rooms: Oh, I heard something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I saw something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I heard something... but there is nothing there. Oh, I saw something... but there is nothing there. Jesus! The movie is well made on a technical level, but that doesn't compensate for it being about as creepy and exciting as a stamp collection.
