Who is that actress who played the wife/ ghost?
I was wondering who that actress is. She was really good. Can anyone tell me in which other hollywood movies can I see this actress?

This is IMDB so I would have assumed you could click on her profile from the cast list yourself, but okay:
She's Iza Calzado. She is a Filipina actress active in Philippine cinema. She is one of the better character actresses here.
She played the same ghost role in the original Filipino version, "Sigaw."
"The Echo" is just a remake of "Sigaw," both of which are by Filipino filmmaker Yam Laranas, who also brought Iza in.
