The Ending...what? *SPOILERS*

So, Bobby fixed things so that the ghosts could make their way to heaven, or whatever. So they would stop haunting the hall.

OK, so.

His ex-girlfriend is on his couch, her ass kicked. Is she going to say that she was beaten by an invisible person in the next apartment?

The guy who just fired him is dead on the stairs.

The guy down the hall just died somehow, they don't know how, no evidence.

So, he went back to jail? There's no way to look at it, otherwise. They aren't going to believe the girlfriend, and with his past, his ex-boss and the guy down the hall? All put on his back.

I have to believe that he went back to jail. The end of this movie could have been done so much better.

Anyone else?

Not to mention since he was out on probation he was supposed to check in with that lady every Tuesday which he missed.

i dont know the exact details of the law but i imagine with no actual proof of anything could they actual put him back to jail. The only reason how they could was because he didn't check in with the person i think.

Yeah, I wondered why they didn't have a resolution for all the things you mentioned. I certainly think that the film IMPLIES that the hauntings have stopped but what of Bobby? I have a feeling Bobby would end up paying for the death of his boss, the death of his neighbor & the beating of his gf. Was this intentionally done or did the director just overlook it?

No proof, and a probation violation would likely get him a few days in jail to teach him a lesson about not checking in.

By the way, when Bobby was angry near the end of the movie he punched the wall quite hard. With his girlfriend beaten and his knuckles hurt, it's hard(er) to believe it was a ghost...
