Eye Movement

Hello all,

I saw this documentary recently and something hit me while I was watching the interviews: The eye movements of the soldiers implicated in the scandal, ESPECIALLY that England lady.

Okay, maybe JUST the England lady. But did anyone notice how her eyes were practically moving all over the damn place while she was giving her side of the story as to what happened in the prison? I heard somewhere that if someone's eyes shift to the left while they're saying something, it may indicate a lie...whilst if it shifts to the right, it may be true...this lie-detecting technique isn't considered 100 percent fool-proof, however.

Since she was deemed the central figure of this whole mess, aside from Graner, one would have to perceive her account to be the most relevant this documentary has to offer. Perhaps the fact she would be getting most of the attention placed on her rendered her anxious while she was on camera?

I'm not really making any assertions about the veracity or truthfulness of her claims here, but it's still something interesting to think about.
