circumcision is an out-dated, unnecessary surgery. it's very painful, and the risks outweigh the benefits. about hundred newborns die every year from complications, to say nothing of all the other negative side effects. so if a person inflicts this procedure on their child even though they know how unsafe it is, then that's child abuse.
so asking about it doesn't make a person a "perv". not caring about it, on the other hand, might mean that you're a callous, uncaring individual. and to the person above, it doesn't matter the religion of the parent. infants don't have religions, and there's no way to know what religion that child will decide to subscribe to once he's old enough.
Child abuse? That is a ridiculous statement. I had both of my sons circumcised because it is so unattractive when men are not. I never wanted them to feel unattractive or later in life have their wife or girlfriend not like it. There is nothing wrong with circumcision and what risks? Also being uncircumcised is not healthy or clean and yes, I have read the pros and cons.

I am FAR from being superficial. I know there are many women that find men uncircumcised extremely unattractive and would never be with a man that wasn't circumcised. Sorry if this offends men that aren't...it's the same thing as men that don't want to know the truth about penis size, because yes, it does matter!! Women don't want a man with a 3 inch penis or one that looks like an anteater. Sorry, but the truth hurts.
