I am wondering why the series is called Donna Leon. *Donna* means something like *lady*, doesn't it?

shareAh--thank you. Most often in such cases an added word (i.e., Ruth Rendell Mysteries) or an apostrophe ('s) (Henning Mankell's Wallander, et al.) is used. In fact, I can't offhand think of another series that goes simply by the book author's name. So I really appreciate the information. Thanks again.
