Apologies in advance for asking this again, but I really need the help of someone who can hear better than I can.

Just before she knocks Rickie over and bolts up the stairs, Deadgirl seems to say, or hiss, something to him. I just can't make out what it is and I feel I am missing an important part of the movie.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

she doesn't say anything. I think what you're supposed to take away from that moment is that she "chose" to show mercy on Ricky when she doesn't hurt him.
