filming in mississauga

well there was some filming crews (not 100% if for this tv show) a few blocks away from me, filming on Mississauga Rd. in Mississauga, Ontario, at a private residence, and they were filming in the snow, and they had lights setup and everything. But as i said, it might have not been for this show either.

There were scenes that took place outside a suburban home... And that is just in the first episode.

Mississauga sucks. Just a big massive suburb. Like filming "Intelligence" in Surrey.

Don't we have interesting inner-urban core neighbourhoods in Canada in which to film?
Why couldn't CBC have filmed that scene in "The Beaches" (east end of downtown T.O.).
Or St.Boniface (east end Winnipeg).
Or East-end Montreal?
Or South-end Halifax?
Jeepers.
