I would say it's a 6.5 out of 10.
Try checking out Flashpoint. Its pretty good and based on the ERT of Toronto's Metro PD. The only 24/7/365 staffed SWATlike operation in all of North America. Most other police depts rely on PD officers who are on call for such things and still do other duties but the ERT in Toronto are staffed to dispatch at a moments notice much like a Fire Department to respond.. Season 5 starts fairly soon in Canada. Seasons 1-4 are available via Netflix now as well as airing on ION network in the USA. (unknown release date for Season 5 on ION in the USA)
