did anyone else REALLY enjoy this?

the rating is 4.1/10, but this is one of the most original films i've seen. i thought it was going to be a really low budget film that's laughably bad, but it was awesome. the CGI was great. i think it's really sad that not a lot of people have heard of this movie, and it'll probably be forgotten in 10 years. there was some pretty good Culture references in this, too.

To be honest with you,I really didn't enjoy it all that much. I probably wouldn't have watched it if Kevin hadn't been in it. I liked his character and all,but for some reason I can't explain,Father Doug just didn't seem to fit in with the storyline. The ending, although nice, was too predictable. On a scale of 1 to 10,I give it a 5-not bad,but not real good, either.

Some of it was pretty enjoyable - and for a low budget, made for tv movie it wasn't all that bad: it had an original idea not worked out too poorly, some good characters, some fun, but I found the entire ending neither very logical nor very well done and extremely rushed.

i liked it a lot. the characters were well done, kevin sorbo was perfect for the movie. the ending was incredibly good :)

I thought it was pretty good myself, it was above average. The film starts of very much like a Sci-Fi "Original" film, but as it goes deeper and we get to know a couple of the characters it gets better. Not too mention Kevin Sorbo's character and the love interest are actually quite enjoyable. Like you mentioned before I was impressed with the CGI effects, the sound the creature makes is very Mimic-y or Species like.

hello 2007. I am watching it now on SighF and am enjoying it a little bit. I came by to say it isn't that bad at all. It's way more intelligent than the usual C horror slash and screamathon. Perhaps it's pro-religious theme was off-putting to the average horror fan.

The channel guide says it got one star!? Get real, that's supposed to be for the movies that make you shake your head and grimace. If anything's wrong it's that the movie didn't try for anything big but stays low key and neutral.

Sorbo's vanilla Hercules goody boy fit's okay for an Anglican priest. Natalie Brown is a pretty, maybe a little wooden.

Okay now the slacker guy is running through a sewer. he needs to practive those screams.

Well enough real time commenting. This is an okay thing to watch while you surf the web.
