distribution in Turkey?

In Amsterdam, an increasing number of Turkish movies are shown. I saw Visontele (oldest version, Turkey in the seventies) on TV. Entertaining, but very cautious in it's political approach.
More outspoken is the message in BEynelmilel. The Turkish military are seriously criticised, especially in the very cruel end.
I wonder: are such critical movies shown in Turkey proper?
Are there any Turks out there?
