What was up with camilla belle and alexa vega was is just me or were they orange from way too much fake/spray tan

I came here to see if anyone had mentioned how orange camilla looks in this. Alexa isn't as noticeable but holy mud Camilla looks so awful. She's such a gorgeous girl I can't believe they allowed her on screen looking orange.

thats so funny, thats why i came here!!!! I thought it was ridiculous how orange they were- they are so pretty- not needed.

I'd imagine it's for the role, because neither one of them looks that way in any other movie.

That bothered me through the whole movie... Their terrible spray tans. Bleh. I'm guessing they did it as an attempt to have them suit Mexicans roles better physically? It was a fail either way.

i was wondering if it was just me! i couldn't get through 3 minutes because their fake tans were bothering me so much. if you have to spray tan your actors so much that they look like oompa loompas, you're better off leaving their skin color the way it is naturally or going with darker-skinned actresses.

what is it with hollywood and constantly casting pale/white women as women of color?

Camilla was really distracting. They should have allowed them to get natural tans and call it a day. There ate plenty of fair skin Latinos.
