is it or the soundtrack cd any good?

I wanted to see this at the cinema but it was only on for a short time and I missed it.
I wondered if the film or the soundtrack cd are any good?
I am a Stones fan but unless they are special performances I won't spend my money.
Any advice is welcome.

You can't be much of a Stones fan if you don't already own the CD (and the DVD for that matter). But to answer your question: yes, it's good.

reply

I am a Stones fan not a member of the band,I only have so much money, that is why I asked the question.

reply

Point taken but c'mon, I found the 2-disk version for $9.99 on the day of release -- that's pretty reasonable, no? But if money's tight why not ask Santa for a copy?

I am not an American, perhaps CDs are cheaper in the US than they are in Britain.
Anyway I have lots of bills to pay before buying cds and I already own
the following Stones live albums

GOT LIVE IF YOU WANT IT (1966)not very good, not live ? of historical interest only

GET YOUR YA-YA'S OUT (1970)one of the best ever live albums but tainted by being fixed in the studio

LOVE YOU LIVE (1977)a mixed bag but I like it.

STRIPPED (1995)unplugged a great album

So you perhaps see why I wanted to know what if the SHINE A LIGHT cd was any good given that I have so many Stones live album already.
