Excellent film! One question though
Was every bit of the black & white reel footage authentic and real, or
was some of it simulated?

i think all of them are really, because i hv been doing research too, and hv seen them. actually, you always see those footage again and again. they were filmed by the foreigners who stayed in nanking at that time, and you hv to understand, that not many ppl at that time do carry a camera, so there isnt a lot of different footages lying around
