Does anyone know what the song at the end where they are running out of the church is called?

When Matt wanders the streets of Apple Valley at night, they play 'Hardly a Hero'. The song you asked about is 'U Found Me', from the album 'the Gospel According to Levi'. During the end credits, they play 'We're Okay', which is a song Levi wrote for his mom, and deals with his coming out, and their relationship.
