So Fiona was the 'hot' ogre
I mean compared to the other female ogres, she was the hottest, most desirable one...doesn't that kinda go against the whole premise of Shrek? Kind of disappointing.

I've been thinking about this ever since the movie came out! I was wondering if there has been a thread in here about that!
I concur with you, kinda disappointed since the whole premise is that inside beauty is what counts.
It can still work.
It can be a flip. A hot ogre to us is ugly to them.
Like his example. A family of fat people, and one skinny cute girl. But her brother says he feels bad for her because she's the ugly one in the family. lol
