Ok there some things I don't get about this film.

1. Ok so was Gallaxar's escape pod the entire statue or was it just the head part this seems to bother me the most.
2. So how did Insectisourus cocoon himself seeing how he was knocked out.
3. Ginormica's clothes grow with her, not her wedding dress, but the clothes she was wearing on the space ship.
4. Also Gallaxar just so happens to have a giant skin tight body suit for Ginormica.
5. Yay I'm pretty sure to build a giant underground facility would cost like hundreds of billions of dollars, yet nobody in the military noes about this place.
6. Ok so the robot has a indestructible force field around his entire body that electrocutes everything that touches it. Yet Ginormica and Dr. cockroach are shown to touch the robot yet there uninfected.
7. Judging on how far Gallaxar's space ship was from earth it should've have taken hundreds of years for the robot to get to earth.
8. Yay no Ginormica was so dead when she was crushed by the meteor and the orb.
9. Man the robot moves way faster in some scenes then in others.
10. Ok Insectisourus come out of nowhere in the golden gate bridge scene.
11. Last one. Bob is shown to lift objects despite being made of blob.

Wow, you are looking into WAY too much crap. It's a CARTOON, that means it's just for fun. It's not a drama, or a thriller, or anything that is supposed to explain all that. If they explained all that it would be much longer and honestly, since it's just made for FUN, it doesn't matter. So relax, breathe, and just enjoy it for what it is. And you must've forgot your meds so please take them.

1. The Escape Pod was inside the head, which you could see once the back of the head opened up.
3. The clothes on the Space Ship were an Alien Design, and likely similar in properties to those used by Susan Storm (which become Invisible along with her), Johnny Storm (which survive him bursting into flames) and Reed Richards (which stretch along with him) of Fantastic Four fame. Or the clothes used by The Incredibles, with Elastigirl and Violet having pretty much Fantastic Four powers.
4. He had production facilites on his Space Ship, so all he had to do was tell his Computer to make the skin tight body suit for Ginormica.
6. A similar force field was initially used by the Goa'uld in Stargate SG-1, where faster moving objects (bullets) would be stopped, but slower moving objects were able to go through. The Robot was built to touch things himself, and Ginormica was in direct contact with his Robot-hand.
7. FTL travel, Wormholes, Hyperspace, Warp Drive, Stargate Generators, the Bifrost are some of the ways Sci-Fi Space travel gets explained.
