How can it have taken me 6 years to see this movie?
I love most 3D computer animated movies. This was fantastic. Right up there with the best from Pixar (Shrek 1 & 2 are the only other Dream Works movies which reaches that imo).

This is an amazing piece. The scenes of Hiccup getting to know Toothless are among the best and get to me every time. I just started reading the book and am grateful that this was done the way it was. The book isn't nearly so epic, nor is the relationship between Hiccup and Toothless half as meaningful.
