Why didn't they talk to Whitney Jacobs?

Okay they couldn't question Whitney Jacobs at first, because

She's pretty dehydrated.
She's still in and out of consciousness.
They drugged her up pretty bad.

But the film continued for several days. She wouldn't stay in a state of being "in-and-out of consciousness". So why didn't they talk to her ??
