Rewatching Season 1 (MAJOR character continuity ERROR I think...)

So tell me stupid if I missed something. But I was just watching the first four episodes again and Jordan has a wife. A loving wife at that. A blonde wife roughly his age. In season 2, we see him married to a smaller younger brunette lady. He mentions that he divorced his wife when Taylor was a kid basically. Remember when she finds out that her father fought for sole custody and she ended up not really knowing her mom. SO CONFUSED. Or am I an idiot that missed an episode?

I would have to watch those eps again. Does Taylor ever refer to her as "mom"?

Yeah I'm pretty sure. But the thing is even if this person was her step mom, he was supposedly married to that brunette lady for like 20 years given the fact he "divorced his wife when Taylor was a kid." But I'm like 99 percent sure it was her mom. Oh well. Not that big of a deal, just werid.

She's Taylor's stepmom. He divorced her mom when she was a kid. I'm guessing they just changed the actress, happens a lot to bit players

Yeah I guess it makes sense. Just odd because the first lady was older and blonde and the second was younger and brunette. haha. you'd think that if they were to switch the actresses they would have had similiar looks. Oh well. That's Hollywood. :)

According to IMDb, that's his second wife (Taylor's stepmother) in both cases, but played by two different actresses.

Then again, IMDb says there was a new episode on January 6. They make mistakes.
