Okay, so maybe I'm just a little overly OCD about this, but why do all the lawyers only button the top button of their suit jackets and leave the bottom one unbuttoned (or at least the men lawyers as the women don't wear suit jackets)?? It annoys me, and to me looks less professional.

They're actually dressing properly.

On a 2 button suit it is recommended to always button the top button and never the bottom.
On a 3 button suit, sometimes the top, always the middle, and again never the bottom.
