this sucks, u2 3d is not playing near me anymore! i wanted to go see it but they took it out of theaters! so does anyone know when a dvd for the film is coming out! im guessing there will be a dvd but i was wondering if anyone knows about a dvd.

I doubt if there is a dvd it will be in 3D unfortunatly home entertainment systems haven't yet reached the levels where they can show 3D in all its true glory.

This movie will totally kick ass on Blu-Ray with 3d glasses. Just wait and see.

sweet! U2 3D just opened up near me, and in IMAX! i'm gonna go see it tommorrow but if anyone can still find info on a dvd i would appreciate it!

"3ality Digital CEO Sandy Climan stated that additional rights for the the film will be released once the technology used to screen the film in theaters becomes available to home video."

So not anytime soon..

they should release it on dvd in standered 3-D (blue and red lenes). it won't be as good as digital, but at least we would get to own it.
