Alright, I'm fairly new to Guitar Hero. I've played it briefly at Best Buy and all those places and I got III for Christmas.
My question is, when you are playing Career or Quick Play, is the fredboard supposed to slow down? I do really good on the songs during pratice mode but when I actually go to play in front of crowds the freboard moves slower causing me to miss alot of notes. Could it be my computer (I got the PC version), or the disc?
There's a PC version for Guitar Hero?? I didn't know that...
Well anyway, I don't know why the fretboard is moving faster in career or quick play, I never noticed it with my game. The only advice I have is to get used to the fretboard coming faster; practice alot and you'll get much better at hitting the notes.

Board moves faster with each increase in difficulty, too. Medium moves faster than easy, etc. At least it does on PS2, anyway. Never played PC version.
