How do you get a 100% Notes Hit but not all of the SP?
I've done this before but was confused...

Easy, you used starpower over an SP phrase, and so didn't get it.

Also, if you over-strum a note. It still counts as 100%, but not an FC. (And you'll miss a starpower phase if there is one when you overstrum)
