I've created Drago a few times. The first looked a bit jacked up, I'd say it's all about the nose and his brow. The 6'4" and weight division parts were easy though, but the blonde spikey hair the offer is too long.

Tyson isn't banned, EA just doesn't have the licensing to use him in their game.
