NOVA (PBS) have made it one of their program. You might be able watch it through them. Also, you can buy the DVD at http://www.walktobeautiful.com/. After watching this movie, I'll gladly pay 25$ to get it (and all profit goes to the Fistula charity).

May be the most moving, heart wrenching docu I've ever seen. I cried rivers the whole time.

You can find it in Hulu and on the Nova website. But I do agree with the poster above me- definitely buy the documentary if you find it meaningful and would like to help.
