5.5 is the Honest Rating for this film

Anything far below or above 5.5 is bit fraudulent,
perhaps a projection of ones failings or flawed tendencies,
as opposed to what was presented by the makers of this film.

The flaws in the film were in the development of ideas.
Instead of giving passing hints of what was going on, they should've placed subtle,
but solid clues that the viewer could logically piece together after the film had ended and formed their own conclusion.

Another flaw was that the characters seemed to know too much about the affliction. How did they know Matt was a reanimated corpse instead of a severely injured person, and that what happened to him was contagious and all of them needed to be on guard?

After Dash is infected the tight story seems to bottom out, and started feeling like a made for television film.

Regardless, the film had decent acting, great dialogue. Camera work wasn't bad,
and the makers were able to capture a genuine aura of creepiness throughout.

5.5/10
