When the bartender recalls posing for Kyle, the flashback shows that Kyle forced him to pee in his pants during the photo session. Please tell me that was just a special effect, and they didn't actually make the actor literally pee himself.

While I do understand that some people are into that, it's not something I myself find entertaining.
Reminds me of the last act of "Butterflies are Free".
Jill's director is describing to Donny and Mrs Baker in graphic detail the nude death scene he has in mind for her character.
Mrs Baker makes some negative remark.***
The director replies, "These things are part of life!"
Mrs Baker comes back, "So is diarrhea, but I wouldn't classify it as entertainment!"
I doubt he literally peed himself. If you notice during the shoot, the model/bartender conveniently has his left hand behind his back, say to activate some kind of pump or tube that pours liquid into his crotch.
