I'm tired of seeing all of these anime/video game adaptations that suck. I think our best bet for a good Street Fighter adaptation would be from Zack Snyder. 300/Watchmen were both good film adaptations that captured the feel of the graphic novels. I think they should get Snyder to direct a Street Fighter film based on Ken and Ryu's story... Just like the video game story with fireballs and all.

With today's technology it could be done and done right... It could be a trilogy... The first movie would be about Ryu and Ken's training and at the end show Gouken's death at the hands of Akuma. Next movie would be about Ryu trying to surpress the Satsui no Hadou and him challenging Akuma so on and so forth.

I mean seriously are they not thinking about the money that would stack if they made a good adaptation? I don't think there's any gamer/anime enthusiast out there who wouldn't go see a GOOD Street Fighter film... COME ON IT'S ALL I ASK FOR BEFORE I DIE!!! yeesh... stop with the crap already.

The fight scenes woul be visible and well-choreographed, which is really all I'd want in a Street Fighter movie. MOST of the cast would be pretty good. I would like to see him ease up with that slo-mo, though.
