did they seriously think this movie would do good?

EVERY single Street fighter/Mortal combat and so on films have been atrouciously bad... EVERY single one...

This was a mindless action film that does not rear its head in either dorection...

Not horrible... not awesome...but still the first watchable film in the lot.

I enjoyed the first mortal kombat and the first street fighter was very bad but was so nostalgic I enjoyed it. These last ones are just so horrible like they are trying to be something much bigger and better than they are
