Anyone seen it yet?

Well i live in Australia and I'm a big fan of Rainie Yang! Just wondering if anyone has seen this movie yet cos i wanna watch it!! Is it good cos the movie won an award and yerr... hope it comes out on dvd in Aus!! ^____^

It came out yesteday in Hong Kong. I saw it at the Langham Place theatre and it was a sold out house. There were some weaknesses in the plot, and it didn't have the emotional impact I expected. But the cinematography was excellent and the lead actresses delivered surprisingly strong performances. I wasn't expecting much because both of them are pop idols, but they portrayed their characters really well, so if you like Rainie, I don't think you will be disappointed.

A word of advice, if you can't get it in australia, you can always grab a hong kong dvd (they have english subs) when it comes out.

The acting was good? You must be kidding. Story wise is weak too, although the concept was good...

I think the acting was good considering the age and experience of the actors. But it had room to be better...I like the story, I think it ties in with each other. Both the main characters lost their loved ones and both are lonely. One choose to live in a virtual world with her own dreams and fantasies and the other just closed herself off because of guilt.

It is weird that Jade remembers her first love at nine but then who can judge another's feelings of love for another person because to them their object of affection is really significant and had a lasting imapact on them.

I love this movie too although there were some weak point in this .For example Takeko's guilt about her past was too explicit, however the acting made me very impressed especially Isabella Leong.

By the way,Love Scene in this movie took my breath away.

They shot the love scene again as the first time they shot it Isabella said it was more like lust than love. The director said Rainie had to be consulted also and R said "of course" right away!

They kissed beautifully. Their hardwork paid off (they had to to be in a room with each other for 8 hours) and they really bonded.
