Beautiful film!

But first I must say, I LOVE spider lily flowers. They grow wild where I live. I thought I saw some golden ones in a neighbor's yard the other day, and of course the imbecile mowed them down a few days later. A year ago, some coral coloured ones grew wild in our yard and my silly bro mowed them down too, but I managed to take a few photos of them. I'm not fond of this reputation they have of "paving the way to hell" or whatever. I think they're beautiful and can't wait to see if some new ones spring up this month.

Questions about the film:

Did Takeko's brother wake up from his coma at the end of the movie? it seems he did, but it also seems it was left open for interpretation. Any thoughts?

Takeko seems to have let go of all the misery and the burden of guilt she held onto all her life when she decided that she can go on doing tattoos after all. I really hope she and Jade got back together. She lost the one girlfriend because of guilt from leaving her brother at home and her brother being alone with the father's corpse after the disaster.

I kind of wished Jade had answered the phone when Takeko rang her, but I have this feeling that the love they had for each other was genuine, not fake at all, and that they would resolve their issues.

And what about the cops busting this sex webcam company? That wasn't really followed through, which kind of bugged me.

But I still fell in love with this movie!!!

25 September 2016 Edited to answer my own questions. Never mind. I got my answers to all of these. No spoilers. Anyone should watch this amazing film!
