Every employee of Trademark 100% American caucasian?

I noticed when they throw parties that you do not see a single spanish, asian, black, etc. race other than caucasian. I am usually not the type of person to ever bring this up, but it does seem kinda weird especially if you look at this picture at the bottom of the page:

At least every workplace has a token worker of another race, but trademark is 100% caucasian. I know that the third party contractors that they hire are always black and spanish though, but I suppose that is because they cannot find an all white crew? Only wondering if anyone else has noticed this. Personally I am always fair and have friends of all nationalities. I judge people by their character and not by their skin.

Maybe because most of the population in Charleston is White. Or maybe you are blind and can't see that just because they look white that they may not actually be. That is part of the problem in America every one is way to quick to judge. That is part of the reason everone throws that race card around so much. I look white but I am not, but you can not tell by looking at me. I am mixed and damn proud of it. Do I judge others on the way they look nope. I get to know them first then judge them. Do I play the race card nope. Could I have plenty of times but I feel I diserved what I got verses trying to call foul and make a big deal over a false story to make my employeer look like a fool and me like a brilant person that was discriminated.

I agree with Jaxnpi. Even though I still watch The Real Deal (or Real Estate Pros as its called when I watch it) it seems to focus more on how great Trademark Properties is and how they don't care about money and that Trademark will cure cancer, aids, and solve world hunger. I liked when they were on Flip This House since it was educational, fast paced, didn't know how they would make a profit, unexpected problems, etc. On The Real Deal Richard just talks 95% of the time. It feels like a big commercial. Also, even though Richard does great things, he seems a bit shady to me. He doesn't come across as your super nice guy for some reason, I don't get that vibe from him. Ginger seems nice and trustworthy but Richard seems like he will screw you over and smile for the camera.

So how do you reconcile your comment above stating you only judge people by their charater, but on a different site say how Rchard seems like he will screw you and smile for the camera....Do you know Richard?

Seems like your trying to boost your own credibility at the expense of someone else. Not cool.

No. This is the internet and basically I was saying that my impression of Richard was shady, even though he may not be. I don't have to try and boost my credibility, I have enough of it already as I too am a business owner with over a hundred thousand clients. My point was that I watch a lot of events on TV and this is the only show where everyone "appears" to look completely caucasian. When they show parties you see about one thousand people of the same race and it just doesn't look right. When I go out on the town or visit the gym it doesn't look right when the whole place is all black, all asian, all white, etc.

- Sounds like a personal problem to me... As for Trademark- they are based in the South which, like it or not, still tends to be more segregated in 2007 than the rest of the country. I am from the South myself- and I love it- but unfortunately this is the reality. Don't blame Richard Davis for " the way things are" in South Carolina......

If you read my post again steve you would see that I said I do not judge a person by their skin color. So for you to miscomprehended such a simple statement, I judge that you are a dumbass. Just pointing out an obvious flaw in your logic regarding yourself. Nice way to try and change the subject from an obvious fact that I am correct regarding my original assumption regarding the majority of Trademark employees. So far no one has been able to come up with a reasonable explanation as to why this is. Thank you.

I just realized something...I am married to a woman who is the same race as I. It turns out that our children are also the same race!!

LOL. No, it's conservatives that have just given us the largest deficit in history, $485 billion, as opposed to the surplus under the liberals.

Let me see if I can dumb this down enough for you. They LIVE in SOUTH Carolina. This is how the area IS." I grew up right outside of Detroit. I went to an all white school. You would be amazed at how many businesses have all white employees in that city. Its amazing how when the majority of the population in that area is a certain race then the people that actually work at the jobs are that certain race too. This is not rocket science here.
